Thoughts: What I do when I'm mad

Hi!
Today i want to share some of my thoughts of what i always do when I'm mad....

1. I analyze the situation. Of where i went wrong. Of what i did wrong. Focus on yourself. On improving yourself. Critisize yourself.
2. Try see through others. They must've reasons of why they act like they are. Go ask em'
3. if after that, you still feel like mad and disagree. Talk it down. This is where you learn. This is the step where you try to accept others, get to know em better and sharpen your vision of things.

See, instead of going crazy and mad, you can always put yourself first and learn. Always learning and enjoy!
